The recent tariffs imposed by the United States on China and sanctions on cotton in Xinjiang have caused concernamong Hong Kong companies in the garment industry. In view of this, the Knitwear Innovation and Design Society (KIDS), the Hong Kong Knitwear Exporters & Manufacturers Association (HKKEMA), the Hong Kong Woollen Knitting Manufacturers’ Association (HKWSKMA), the Hong Kong Intimate Apparel Industries’ Association (HKIAIA) and the Sustainable Fashion Business Consortium (SFBC) co-organized the seminar and invited Hon Chung Kwok-pan as a guest speaker to share the latest industry-related information with the industry.
